A Senior Relocation Manager is assigned to the employee as the single point of coordination and accountability throughout the relocation lifecycle. To ensure that we always meet our clients’ expectations and employee needs, our Senior Relocation Managers maintain continuous contact with the employee and service providers who are involved in the relocation process. Employee satisfaction surveys are sent out during the relocation and once the employee has settled into the new location. Feedback during the relocation helps us to address and correct any concerns or issues the employee maybe experiencing about the process or with a particular service provider. Performance of our service providers are also monitored and managed against mutually agreed upon objectives.
