An assessment of the employees needs such as size, location, family needs, length of stay, price and pet requirements is conducted. This information is shared with our temporary housing partners so the options which are best suited are identified and shared with the employee so the right decision can be made. Our corporate housing partners understand the complications that come along with the relocation process and strive to make temporary living as convenient and comfortable as possible. Many of our partners are geographic specific and have acquired the highest quality of units in the most desirable neighborhoods. Once a unit has been selected, the SRM will review the lease agreements to ensure the move in and out dates, length of stay and pricing are all accurate.
