Coordinates’ Client Services start when a candidate
or transferee interviews for a position. The candidate
will receive a comprehensive in-office orientation to
the local area. At that time, we will overview local
area geography, target appropriate communities, explain
rental and purchase prices by community, counsel on schools,
review related costs of living, tax information, future
growth projections, local commutes to an employer site,
and produce a package of materials and resources relative
to the individuals’ lifestyle.
An Area Tour is planned following the Orientation
with a Realtor chosen by Relocation Coordinates to match
geographic, financial, and personal preferences. The
goal of our Client Services is to enable clients to evaluate
not only a position but also the entire community.
Upon acceptance of an employment offer,
Relocation Coordinates will assist clients with complete
relocation services from marketing assistance of a current
home to arranging temporary living, moving of household
goods, mortgage broker referrals, home purchase Realtor
selection, rental assistance, and all things related
to a move. |
