Group Move Management 

There are many reasons why companies may require a group move of some of their employees. To ensure these moves are successful in meeting corporate objectives, budgets and timelines, considerable planning is necessary. Relocation Coordinates International partners with our clients to handle all aspects of the group move. Our involvement is customized to address relocation program objectives. Members of the group move team share their knowledge in developing policies unique for the group move, identifying solutions for increasing job acceptance rates especially for key employees, and recommending total program cost reduction strategies. 

Group move meetings are held to educate employees on the new location. Representatives from the local area such as realtors, rental specialists and representatives from local organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce may be present to provide pre-move orientation packets and offer group and individual counseling. Senior Relocation Managers (SRMs) are assigned to employees to act as single point of contact throughout the relocation to ensure a personalized and successful transition.
