Our Senior Relocation Managers, who are trained and knowledgeable on the complexities of global relocation, support our clients and their international assignees throughout the lifecycle of the assignment. Involvement begins at the pre-assignment stage, continues while the assignee is in the new location, and finalizes during repatriation. The employee has the convenience of a single point of contact regardless of whether the assignment is short-term, long-term or a permanent move.
Ongoing assignment support is provided throughout the employee’s assignment. This support results in improved employee satisfaction and reduced costs. Periodic contact will be made by the Senior Relocation Manager to ensure that their assignment is going well. They will keep HR apprised of the assignment through necessary reporting and the online portal as well as initiate services as deemed necessary.
